a little more love

are you tired of my valentine’s posts yet? i know i’m a little late, but here’s a “taster” of our valentine’s weekend. my in-laws were in town and brought along our delightful niece. we made about 10 dozen cookies (that’s what all the butter was for), pink pancakes (heart-shaped), pink egg-salad sandwiches (heart-shaped), pink milk, pink salmon, and pink mashed potatoes (heart-shaped). the kids loved having family around and all things pink (and heart shaped!). we had a great weekend!

Isn’t Target’s dollar section the greatest!? (I have those same sprinkles.) Looks like you guys had fun, and I’m going to have to try the heart shaped pancakes for my twins sometime soon. They just learned the shape of a heart with V-day and all, so they point them out all the time now.
