The Pleated Poppy
beautiful imperfections of the everyday
gracie started 1st grade on monday. of course, her siblings had to be in the picture with her!
so here she is heading into 1st grade at age 6.
and here’s the little dink at her first day of preschool when she was 3. she wasn’t in front of the fireplace for this one because it wasn’t built yet!
thanks for taking the quick walk down memory lane with me!

Great flashback – she is so grown up!
Just look at those innocent eyes. She's a keeper, Linds.
I love the progression… Isn't it great to see the confidence as she grows. I just had the same expeience with my daughter going into 2nd grade! Yikes! Enjoy 1st grade, it is one of my faves.
she looks so grown up in the first pictures and then you did the walk down memory lane wow – i was getting all teary eyed.
it goes too fast. still in disbelief that my once kindergartner is a 6th grader (tears). i just want to squish them down and keep them forever.
What a cutie!!!!
They are all so adorable Lindsey!! So cute that she is excited about school… love that!
What a cutie pie. I have those same pictures of my girls. My how time keeps marching on:)
Thanks for the pictures. She is getting so big and is such a special little girl. Hope she had a great first day of school. Give her a big hug and kiss from grandma. Love you all.
oh my gosh you're kids are really really cute! i like the last one because of her expression…
whoops just realised my spelling was a little bad in that last one.
