i made these favor bags for gracie’s party and they were super easy.
here’s a little brief tutorial for you:
cut a rectangle of fabric – mine was about 4″ x 8″
fold in half and sew a seem up both sides
fold down the top edge about 3/4″ and press
sew a pocket channel around the top of the bag and stitch down a loop of ribbon for a handle
i cut a little opening in the channel and inserted elastic, then stitched the ends together
turn right side out and you’re done!
but don’t forget to fill it with tiny treats,
like a chubby button hair clip, a mini post-it-note pad, tiny nail polish, itty bitty glitter glue, and a tiny treat.

These are so cute! I love the idea of how you put elastic instead of string!
These are so adorable. I love the fabric and the cute treats for the girls that you put inside. So clever!

I can make these, I can make these , even with my limited sewing skills!! This was my favorite "tiny" detail (and maybe those cute little flags). Thanks for the instructions! I will be copying! :)
Adorable! I'll have to remember those when my girls get older.

So cute!!
Lindsey, I've copied all the "Tiny Party" posts and printed it off because I plan to shamelessly copy exactly what you've done for my little girl this year for her birthday. The only thing I added were tiny 4 oz glass mugs to make "tiny rootbeer floats". I love your ideas.
This has to be one of the cutest parties EVER!
Ca-UTE!
I've already got a million project ideas saved on my computer, but I just HAD to add this one to the list. Even though Ash won't be having a party 'til November. I'm totally gonna copy you. Thanks!

Love these bags and I had to grin to see the name Annika on one of the bags!! I have a daughter Annika and it is an uncommon name around here. I just smile when I see someone else with her name… because I love it!
Okay, so I don't know you but I have an award for you on my blog!
Stop on by and pick it up!
