what i wore wednesday

happy wednesday to you!

i am realizing that i need to mix things up in my wardrobe – too much grey, cream and brown.  and apparently i like grey stripes – i wore them 5 times, i think!  its nice to have neutrals to add colorful accessories to, but i need some color on its own as well.  i think i’m in a neutral rut.  its easy, less effort.

I Love those boots. And thanks for the info about those slippers. I totally dig them, but not if their falling apart already !!! (My Condolences!)

I’m LOVING the Mary costume! Very convincing preggo belly, too! Glad I’m not the only one stuck in a rut with variety. At least your rut is still super cute!

This is my first ever time participating in WIWW and linking up! I apologize in advance for the horrible pictures…I now realize the lighting is awful and need to figure out a new way to take the pics! I totally love the Mary costume and everything you wear :) I also love, like Meagan said, that I’m not the only one stuck in a rut sometimes!

ok…love the mary costume…and the belly is great.

you have to see the crafty Christmas shirt on my post…I did not make it so I feel like I can plug it!

Cute outfits! I tend to gravitate towards neutral colors too. :)

I ran into several people over the weekend while I was thrifting at the Goodwill, who were looking for costumes for holiday parties. I never knew costume parties were so popular at the holidays. Your costume is fantastic, and kudos for making it!

I LOVE your Mary costume & how you truly fooled people:) Im sad that for the time being, I can no longer link up for WIWW. My Roomba knocked over my full length mirror and shattered it into a gazillion pieces about a week ago. (Doesnt that sound like an excuse for not doing homework…”uh…my dog ate it”) But its the honest truth.
Regardless, I always love seeing your wardrobe and following along with some of the others. Have a Merry Christmas!

Your belly had me going for a minute there!!

I’m in love with your hat! I also an a neutral nut…I just recently fell in LOVE with the color gray and I can’t seem to get enough of it….Have a Blessed Day!

That’s OK about wearing almost the same outfit twice in one week. I wore the same pair of jeans almost the WHOLE week. Aaaghhh. But they are jeggings and soooo comfy. I need more!

  15. 15

Lovin your boots from Forever 21! I’ve been looking for a great pair of low heeled boots to wear with (gasp) jeggings, and they would be perfect :)

I always had to be a shepherd in the christmas pagents of my youth. oh well, thanks for hosting this week. I was so excited to find a blouse, shoes and purse that all match perfectly I just had to share. Of course this is the only outfit I have that i can wear the shoes with… but whose keeping track?!?!!?

  17. 17

But you always look so *cute*! (sigh) I wear a ton of color&need to lay in more neutrals-go figure! :D -s-

I love you outfits. You make it look so easy to get out of the “comfy” clothes routine.

I got my Zoe order. Thanks so much! However everything I got for me is too small. I talked with Lilly about sizes and still ended up too tight. Hopefully I can get them exchanged quickly so I can show them off over the holidays! Thanks again.
