very sweet and summery. i was thinking about doing some kind of sea shell garland across my mantle for summer :)
i love your summer mantle. i love the sea glass, colors and the awesome vintage suitcases on top….
i have resisted putting our tv over our mantle. how does that work for you? i am always afraid that the tv sits up too high….
anyway, it looks great.
I love the colors and the starfish. Sand in a jar with twine! It’s all so creative!
I love love your style and your home! You have done such a great job..
It looks great–clean and simple. I LOVE that shade of blue with the white and silver. Our old house had a mantle and I miss decorating it SO much!
OK, now this I really love. I have been trying to figure out what I wanted to put as my centerpiece on my kitchen table and now I have you to thank for inspiration! Love the green glass at the bottom of the containers. Thanks!!!!
Omigosh. I LOVE THAT. I so need help with my mantle. I mean, it is truly pathetic.
Your stuff always looks great. I’d give the center of each arrangement a little more height – like if you could get a gangly piece of driftwood or something – that would bring your eye up a bit. Just throwing it out there – you certainly don’t need inspiration!!!
this is cute! i love the colors & mix of sea glass & sea shells!
love the vintage suitcases, what a cool idea
Thank you for spelling mantle the way I spell it. Whenever I see “mantel” it drives me bonkers for some reason. :-) Looks great, as always!
Oh how I love mercury glass! I was so excited to get a set of chunky pillar candleholders at Target after Christmas on clearance. They automatically make any space look more snazzy. It looks beautiful with the turquoise too.
Ooh, now that is so pretty!! I love the mix of glass and silver. And the colors, too! Is that sand from a particular place?
Love it…but what I really want to know is if you have a post on how you framed in your tv? We just mounted ours, but I would love to do something like that…it looks great!
Love the sweet summery feel!
love it!! :) you are too cute!
So cute…the teal and silver is perfect!
You are LITERALLY the only reason my mantle changes. Seriously, I would not change it, if I didn’t subscribe to the blog and look at your mantle. Thank you for keeping my mantle fresh and not stagnant. For forcing me to re-decorate (and dust hmmmmmm) and for giving me inspiration (sigh). Lovely, my dear, simply Lover-ly!
I love this! Totally making me want to go to the lake!
I love your colors!! you have such great style!! I can’t wait to see more!!
i love those vintage suitcases at the top!
goodness i cant wait to get my own home!
you have fantabulous style!
the colors are so refreshing!! love it!
Come decorate my house please, thanks!
I love it! Now will you please come and do my summer mantle, because it looks sad with five empty apothecary jars on it!
Is there a story behind the sand and shells? I only ask, because my children LOVE to collect things from the beach. BUT most of it is stinky and even after washing ~ not worth keeping around. How do you get a beach look that is so clean!
I love shells… I’ve collected them since I was a kid. You’ve arranged yours so beautifully! :)
I love your mantle! Love the colors and those suitcases are just so beautiful!
I really need to work on mine.. Ive still got spring stuff up on there :)
very nice job!
Ooooo, i love!
your style always inspires me :)
Love, love, love the summer mantel! The teal/green plates are gorgeous! I am book marking this for inspiration!
I love this mantle!!! Not only do intend on stealing your kitchen layout, but I’m going to steal your mantle as well. :)
I’m really loving it!
Looks so pretty! torquoise, glass, shells, sand perfection :)
