life rearranged

i love recapping my week with instafriday!  thanks so much jeannett for hosting this!

last friday we went apple picking with friends.  the trees were shockingly filled with apples, perfectly ripe for the picking – super yummy!

this is what my dining table looks like about once a month or so.  pretty huh?  these flowers will eventually be transformed into posy hair clips, posy pins, bloom bags and bloom belts.  oh, they still have a long way to go!  i spent about a day and a half sitting at this table making fun pairings of fabrics.

saturday morning our whole family went for a bike ride/run.  we have lots of great trails just out our door.  silas, gracie and sean all mountain biked and lily and i jogged along with them.  the girl can run!  she stayed at my pace almost the whole time – she reignited my desire to run!

 heaven.

new products!  sometimes i have a fabric combo that just makes me happy, and this is one of them!

lily was learning hip hop moves via a youtube video.  she was killing me!  i wasn’t allowed to watch her, so i kept sneaking peaks and trying my best not to bust up laughing at her cuteness.  the best part:  she’s doing something totally different than the video (she was a little slower than them).

sheer concentration.  he’s doing so well with home school!

 excellent pattern making.

and a sneak peak at a new product coming soonish to the shop.  not converse.
