welcome again to wiww (“what i wore wednesday”), where i use all of you to keep me accountable to getting out of my pj’s and getting dressed every day. i am honored that so many of you have taken the plunge with me in this adventure. if you’re a little leary of linking up, its hard at first but gets much easier as the weeks go by. same goes for taking self portraits. its amazing how embarrassed i can get all by myself! but it, too, gets easier. join in – you’ll find you will get a little more creative with your clothes, and you’ll feel better about yourself than if you stayed unshowered and undressed all day – i promise!
i felt really comfy in this outfit, but very “mom” also. i don’t think you’d ever see anyone without kids in an outfit like this.
top – target
ruffle tank under – old navy
white denim capris – lucky (hand-me-down)
caterpillar sandals – gap
necklace – vintage lisa leonard
petal pusher – cream (only 2 left right now!)
another easy outfit, super comfy. if you didn’t know, comfort is really important to me. maybe once every couple of months or so i’ll wear heels, but i am so uncomfortable!
sweater – old navy
jeans and tank – forever 21
bronze flats – target
necklace – from someone at the queen bee market (i can’t remember who?!)
again, another comfy day, but i felt super good in this outfit – by far my favorite for the week.
i pushed myself a little. it sounds silly, but i’d usually just wear a regular plain tank under this dress, but i decided to get crazy and wear a ruffled tank with a racer back – i was so happy with how it looked! i wore a super sassy necklace and toned it down with worn in jeans – i loved the contrast!
dress – old navy
tank and shoes – walmart
jeans – local shop
necklace – local shop
when sean is taking my pictures i tend to get a little sassy!
i wanted to show you just how much i fit into my wristlet clutch:
(and this was before i tucked in my sunnies and a gift card wallet!)
sunday after church. it looked so gloomy that day, then got crazy hot. i was roasting in tights and a wool sweater!
dress – old navy
sweater, boots, sunnies, and belt – forever 21
tights – target
necklace – allora handmade
and i used my inspiration photos from last week and did my best to mimic one – not too bad, if i say so myself!
we stuck around the house all day. home schooled until FIVE O’CLOCK!!! i had a child who really struggled with focus today – boo.
sweater, top and jeans – target
chucks – nordstrom rack
