instafriday

life rearranged

linking up my weekly iphone pics with jeannett!

every friday silas and i go on a date while the girls take some extra classes (like cooking, felting, tae kwon do…).  this week we took sean along with us and went to sushi!

i love that my kids will eat just about anything, but sushi is getting to be expensive with them all eating it now!

we bundled up and invited our neighbors over for s’mores in the backyard last weekend.  have you tried pb cup s’mores yet?  the best!

and i’d hate for the supplies to go to waste, so i’ve been making s’mores over the stove too.  just so they don’t go to waste ;)

this was the week of yes for me.  i am so often saying no to my kids, even before they finish asking.  so when they asked if they could sculpt with clay, i said yes. and silas wow’d me with his scooter on a ramp sculptures (he later added 7 more!).

yay!  my new banner made it in time for blissdom!

new posy hair clips are in the shop!

this is why i don’t let my kids watch much tv – they are zombies!  but on days that are way too long, i have them watch tv… and they are zombies.  and its just what i need!  this time they were watching bbc’s midsummer night’s dream, since the girls are reading it for school.

when sean is out of town we tend to eat out.  chipotle and rice crispy treats for dinner!

one last look at my kiddos before i flew off to nashville!

putting my messenger bag to the test – ipad, covered notebook, laptop, wallet, toiletries, wallet, zippered pouch…

and today we had the handmade marketplace at blissdom.  and it was awesome!

but for now, i am exhausted after my red eye flight and working all day in the marketplace – see ya!

Your kids are zombies for the bbc version of movies?! Awesome. It’s good to know that there are younger generations left to appreciate bbc versions of things :] (because we all know bbc trumps mtv or other not so nice acronyms). Happy Friday!

Your table looks great! I’d love to see a break down of it sometime. I try to frequent craft shows selling my stuff & am always looking for new ideas for show set ups :-)

Do you really carry 2 wallets? Maybe you just have a lot of money you need 2 to keep up with it all? :)

I love the “yes week.” I read about doing a “yes” jar with my kids, where everything they always ask to do, but you can’t, you write down on a piece of paper and put it in the jar. Then one saturday a month it’s “YES day!” And you only do things from the yes jar! Your booth looks amazing. Some day when I don’t have nursing babies I’d love to go to blissdom. Some day…

pretty sure you are brilliant to make smores on the stove! We sometimes make them in the microwave but this is a much better idea!
