what i wore wednesday

alo, alo, alo! (doing my best bert impression from mary poppins)

thanks for joining me this week for wiww, where we keep each other accountable to get dressed each day and stay out of the yoga pants, because really…

its true, right?  i think one pair has only been a couple times.  they need to be renamed lounge pants, or one-step-up from jammies.

but thankfully, because of wiww, i put a little more effort into myself and get dressed more often.  wanna try it out with us?  jump in!

 church

cardigan – old navy

shirt – forever 21

jeans and boots – target

necklace – crystal b.

i took this picture on monday for “dress like your parents” day.  the girls asked what i would wear – i said “skinny jeans and boots, silly socks under, a ruffly shirt with a cardigan, a petal pusher, ruffled scarf, and a lisa leonard necklace.  so i got them dressed and off to school, then got myself ready… in skinny jeans, boots, cardigan, ruffled scarf and a lisa leonard designs necklace – sheesh, i’m predictable!  but no picture, i’m getting really bad about that!

 played hooky from homeschool

sparkly sequined sweatshirt – target

tank – target

jeans – local shop

converse – nordstrom rack

(can you see i got my hair done? first time for a cut in over a year and color in 3 years!)

and i made myself this dress!  i found the tutorial here (via pinterest) and will post more on it soon…

sandals – target

necklace – lisa leonard designs
