hello monday!

hello monday!

this is shaping up to be a crazy week, but summer is just a few days away for us and we can’t wait!

hello to morning snuggles!  i’m so looking forward to next week when school is out and we can let the snuggles last well into the late morning!

hello to stress-free crafting for the kids – i love giving them complete freedom to create what they want!

hello to a nice long nap on saturday

hello to almost being done with the kids’ bath!

hello to 37!  we celebrated sean’s birthday this weekend with tons of family time.  we surprised him with a desk in our room!  since he works out of the house, it was about time that he had his own space.  i’m secretly excited about organizing his files (super weird since i don’t even want to do my own!).

hello aloe vera!  i was the silly one who neglected to put sunscreen on my legs at the beach yesterday, and i am feeling it!

although i don’t have any idea how i’m going to squeeze in enough hours for work with the kids home all summer, i am so excited to have so much time with them!  i have high hopes for getting some projects accomplished, get some drawers organized, and come up with some great new products!

don’t forget we still have the ruffled scarf sale going (gotta get rid of them all!).  also, be sure to sign up for my newsletter to be the first to hear about new products, get sneak peeks, and exclusive discounts!

linking up with lisa today!

It always takes a little time to adjust to the summer schedule. Enjoy.

I love the kids bathroom too! Did you make or buy shower curtain? Love!

Funny, although I have our master bath reno in a saved post, I felt like I was looking at it all over again above. We have the same shower curtain and I got turquoise towels from a discount place around Christmas time. The only difference is the wall color. We went with a gray on the walls.
But since we did all the renovations ourselves and it took over a year and a half to gut and complete it, it feels so wonderful to have it done now! Home DIY jobs are never boring in an old victorian home:)

Oh Lindsey…you do capture the most amazing moments in time! The first shot brought back so many memories of my own children….it brought a flood of tears and longing emotions. You are so wise to celebrate your time with them. I remember people telling me that advice often…and i heeded it so!
