life rearranged

i’m linking up my weekly cell phone pictures with jeannett again. you should join us! if you’re on instagram, i’m thepleatedpoppy.

while i was away last weekend, our fliers for the stitch market came in!  i can’t wait to pass these out (aren’t they cute?!).  thanks christina for the amazing design again!

i tend to doodle when i’m listening to a speaker (always in church), so my notes from allume had some extra scribbles.

not only did i meet so many new people at the conference, but i got to reconnect with women i have met over the years, like dee.  it was such a blessing to talk about life and business and just enjoy her!

i left pennsylvania early sunday morning, just hours before they started shutting down flights in preparation for hurricane sandy.  when i got home, it was a beautiful day.  after my drove home from l.a., i met my family at the beach!

after school, gracie, lily and their friends wanted to show me their “routines” they had been working on at the playground.  i so did that as a kid – did you?

gracie and her friend wanted to match for halloween, so we had a lot of fun doing their hair and makeup together before trick-or-treating.

did you know my husband is awesome?  while he worked and watched silas in the afternoon, the girls and i went to run errands.  we came home to dinner in the oven.  i know.  he’s great.

i’m not the only one who’s in love with him.   do you see the way gracie is looking at him?  so sweet!  we were  just reminiscing about how he used to wear her in the sling as a baby…

and just to keep us on our toes, we deal with shenanigans like these just before bed!

life as a parent is always interesting isn’t it?
