i’m linking up my weekly phone pics with jeannett again! if you’re on instagram, follow me! i’m thepleatedpoppy.
i love hydrangeas! and i love that they bloom well into the fall here!
did you catch my jewelry storage series this week? it was a good one! thanks to jeannett, the nester, heather, and emily for guest posting for me!
i have a good man. i mean really really really good.
and see the beard? he was growing out his beard for “brovember” as i’m renaming it (rather than “no shave november”), but he shaved it off at my request because we’re getting family pics done this saturday. i’d love for him to grow it back, but he has no desire…
on tuesdays my niece usually joins us for dinner. this tuesday she brought candy cane joe-joes for us and taught the kids to finger knit! she’s so good to us!
and then we have girl time and watch parenthood together. i usually blog for wiww while we watch, but this week i made petal pushers. still working on restocking those!
i have had a very busy week designing new products. some more difficult than others. some much more difficult than others. while the one above was hard, it was rewarding in the end with how cute it looks!
and a peek at another new product – what can it be?!
christmas has officially hit my shop! i am hoping to decorate my house this coming week since we have it off of school, but sean thinks it’ll be weird to eat thanksgiving dinner in a house decorated for christmas. i’m still trying to win him over…
and yes, another new product. i rarely need help making fabric decisions, but boy my instagram friends were ready to give their opinions! anchors won, by the way ;)
a quick visit to ruby rose is always an adventure! the shop is so crazy inspiring and lovely! my kids even love it there because they get doted over and choose a trinket from the treasure chest, and i get to shop happily!
i spent the rest of my afternoon and evening at my machine. we have been spending a lot of time together this week. every day the light is beautiful here, but nearly unbearably bright for about 10 minutes until the sun sets just low enough. i still love it.
i hope you have a great weekend, friends! we have officially ended our first trimester of the year and i think we need to celebrate as a family. naps for all, yay!!!
