welcome to what i wore wednesday! this time of year, when the weather is finally getting chilly, is always harder for me to get dressed. all i want to do is wear warm and cozy clothes, and my slippers! so i am having to make a little extra effort to get dressed every day.
when i want to be super casual and comfy, adding a few extra details help to elevate the outfit a bit. sure i’m wearing a sweatshirt, but it has sequins on it. and adding a scarf upgrades it a bit, too.

as much as i love the polka dots on these pants, they stretch out to quickly. bummer.

So what’s the deal with the pants that stretch out so quickly? I have a pair too. I actually just returned two pairs of jeggings I bought for my daughter. They became huge after only about twenty minutes of wear. I got a smaller size, but now I think I should have gone two sizes smaller. Makes me a little nutty sometimes!

It’s good to see how you could accessorize your simple outfit nicely… Just like you, if it’s really cold, I’d simply just put on layers and layers to keep me warm. But I end up not really accessorizing anymore because I feel it’s just doesn’t look right! lol!
