This is adorable! I’ve got similar plans for our little suburban cottage. Once nap time begins that is. ;)

  4. 4

I love your mantle. And that little wire birdcage is really cute:)

  5. 5

Bright, fresh and relaxing….makes me want to curl upon that couch with a mug of coffee and a magazine. :)

  6. 6

Love love Love!! Is that a little hand bell upside down in one of those jars?! SO clever + fun!!!

  7. 8

So beautiful! I love the terrarium idea. I am definitely going to try that this year. I was thinking of doing fairy garden type things with my daughter this year. This would be a great way to display them!

Hope you are enjoying your Paris vacation. I wanted to know if someone made your afghan that you have over your couch? I have seen this pattern several times. I really wanted my mother to knit an afghan for us before she died. I love that pattern.

  11. 13

Love it! Especially the bunting, the colours are so bright and happy:)

  12. 14

L-O-V-E, love your spring buntings & yarn!! I’m going to have to be a total copy cat & make these, too! Thank you so much for sharing!!!

Just my style. Sweet and simple. how I like it best. darling lindsey.

  15. 17

Very nice! I’m ready to “spring up” my home as well. I’m not much for decorating since the kids pull everything down but…I think I’ll just try to put everything higher. That bunting is so cute, might have to invest in some myself.

  16. 18

I love, love, love your living room!!!

  17. 19

What do you sew your scraps onto? Or do you just sew them together on the machine? Cute!

  18. 20

So beautiful! Simple and pretty is my favorite:)

  19. 21

    it looks so pretty!

  20. 22

Oh my gosh, I love the pops of color! I wish I was brave enough to go all white. My Mom has that wood and metal ‘C’, and I have a quilt almost exactly like the one hanging on you couch. My grandfather gave it to me when I gave birth to my oldest daughter, 16 yrs. ago. I was told it was roughly 120 yrs. when he gave it to me. Again, I’m not brave enough to put it out, it sits in a box…

  21. 23

    Nice terrariums. :-)

  22. 24

Those terrariums are so cute, especially with the spoons tucked in! Love it!

  25. 27

Ive seen your cute daybed in a few posts now. love it and wanted to know where you got it. It doesn’t look like standard size and would be perfect for my reading area.
    please and thank you.

      hi amanda!

the daybed is actually a vintage crib. its not standard sized, so a traditional crib mattress doesn’t fit on it correctly. for now (and the last 7 years) we’ve just had 2 couch cushions on it.
