You look amazing as always! I love how you dress up so many basic pieces in different ways. My favourite this week is the white button down with the cuffed jeans and sneakers, love it! Thank you for hosting this link up every week. I always find so many great ideas and inspiration for future outfits.

I love jeans & a white top too. It’s so simple but there’s just something about it that feels easy and fresh. Don’t feel bad, I almost never can get the half tuck/front tuck thing either!

  6. 6

You look absolutely adorable in all these outfits!!!

  7. 7

I just got a pair of converse and I am all about styling them. I love your crisp collared shirt with them.

  8. 8

You have casual chic down! So many cute looks!

You look FAB in the white shirt – I can;t wear them – i always feel awkward – and they look so great on other people – like you!! I have been doing the hat thing too…my hair is at an in between length and I feel like it’s just a mess so on a hat goes!

    RubberChickenGirl says:

The front tuck approach (you brought up awhile back) that I learned in Oz (Australia):

Tuck in front of shirt all the way to the side seams then pull a bit out at the hips….full front of your cool belt buckle shows. Looks about like you have it.

Love white blouses, btw, and I tend to buy a rack full mostly from the Thrift store. But since I have become a Mom (22 years ago now), they languish in the closet. I know that five minutes after I put one on there will be mustard, cat puke, garden soil or SOMETHING on it and I’ll feel gross until I change it. I end up defaulting to dark or patterns.

More power to ya for wearing white anyway. Are you one of those women who miraculously can wear white pants and have them survive?

“I took the train home on Thursday. That’s something I haven’t done in 35 years — take the train! It was nice. I followed a savvy-looking lady (she was dressed in a white sleeveless T, white pants, and a white sweater tied around her waist, and she had the air of just knowing she would remain pristine, whereas I would have had “spill something here” on a placard around my neck)”

Well your style is really close to what I usually wear and I consider it to be very comfortable and stylish at the same time. Especially white shirt and jeans caught my attention and I also want to try to combine these units of clothing. I wonder how I will look like!))

Cute dotty jeans and your other jeans all look so soft and comfy. Thanks so much for hosting. It’s a great sentiment on your necklace. A good way to live life.
