welcome to what i wore! if you’re new here, yay! wiw is a fun place for outfit inspiration, but also a great place to find motivation. it is amazing how putting 10 minutes into yourself in the morning can change the way you feel about your day. on the days that i stay in my jammies (which are more often than i like to admit), i have a lazier attitude and less motivation to get things done. but when i’m feeling good about how i look, i’m ready for errands, coffee dates, or just answering my door (in something other than said jammies). if you’re ready to take the plunge, i encourage you to join us. start taking daily pictures of whatever you’re wearing, whether its yoga pants or work clothes. once you are keeping yourself accountable to the act of taking pictures, you will want to improve upon what you see in those pictures. putting on jeans instead of yoga pants, or adding a scarf to your normal oxford and blazer rut… you will see a change!
also, if you are new here, this is not just a fashion blog! i have a fun handmade shop and i love to share my home and diy projects, too! stay for awhile and take a look around!
i traveled with the kids down to orange county last week to meet sean at his parents’ house (he left earlier in the week for work). as you can see from the picture, we pretty much destroy the room we stay in – yikes!

I really love the blue and white striped skirt from Forever21, can I ask how long ago you got it? Do you think it’s still available. I especially like how you paired it with thick grey tights and a crisp white shirt. The outfit has a nice nautical feeling without being out of season.
i got it a couple years ago – sorry!
Which Grace and Lace socks are those? I just saw them on Shark Tank and knew I wanted some immediately-but how to choose. I have boots like yours and the ones you have look so cute!
if you click the link i put on grace & lace, it will take you right to the pair i got ;)
love those steve madden boots and the striped skirt from f21 … not to mention all those many layers, perfect for cold days. enjoy your day:)
Great outfit inspirations … especially loving the one you wore for Thanksgiving .. wishing you a great week …thanks for hosting..xo C. (HHL)

Wow! This may be my favorite group of your WIWW outfits yet! Your hair was stunning for Thanksgiving! And your church outfit may just be my fave for today only because I am such a fan of pairing charcoal with cognac. You look great in all looks though, really! Thanks for hosting!
Thank you for hosting!
I love that skirt on you. Adorable!

I am so jealous of how you can make even super casual outfits look so cute! I love your Thanksgiving and church outfits so much, but my favorite is probably your last one – love the taupe cardigan and cute scarf. Love all your layers and those cute boot socks – I adored them on Shark tank! :-)
This is my first time stumbling across your awesome link up. Thanks for hosting this for all of the rest of us!
