welcome to “what i wore” at the pleated poppy! share with me your fashion posts and we can inspire each other! i started this originally as motivation to get out of my daily uniform of jammies & sweats, but now i am encouraged and held accountable to put a few extra minutes aside for myself and try new things. i’d love for you to join me!
but before we get to what i wore, would you all do me a favor?
i am one of 10 lucky bloggers to be a part of the P&G and The Home Depot seasons cleanings sweepstakes! i’d love love love to have your vote as the favorite project – my christmas home tour and advent calendar are being featured, as well as how i prep for holiday decor.
need a little motivation? do you want to win $5,000 to The Home Depot?!?! plus a $500 Merry Maids gift card and a P&G prize pack (pictured above)?!?! head over to the Season’s Cleanings sweepstakes and enter!

thanks, dee!
Okay that black sweater is JUST what I NEED! :-) And also… loving the persimmon sweater over plaid shirt. I love that look but I have never tried it – seems like it would be uncomfortable. Is it?
jo-lynne – the sweater was only $13! the only problem is that is pulls really easily, so i need to be more careful about what jewelry i wear with it.
i love the look of buttoned shirts under sweaters, but can never pull it off just right. i think the key this time for my body shape is the v-neck. its actually comfortable, but i do need to tug at the shirt bottom pretty often because it rides up. but i think that sweater may just do that on its own?
merry christmas friend!
I love the mint sweater.
Voted! I hope you win!
bisous
