linking up my weekly phone pics with jeannett!  i’m thepleatedpoppy on instagram if you want to follow along!

i was feeling super lovey-dovey on valentine’s day, so i was reminiscing over old pictures of seanie and i.  i made this window collage for sean on the valentine’s day before we got married – 14 years ago!

and sharing wedding pics is always fun!

sean and i got to go on a date valentine’s night – it was so much fun!  we went out for drinks, then to dinner, then to banana republic – isn’t that what everyone does on valentine’s day?

saturday we spent a couple hours hiking & biking.

the kids had school off for a couple days this week, so i spent most of the weekend and beginning of the week going through all of my supplies again.

and the pile just grew bigger and bigger!  no pictures, but i can now see every surface in the room – yay!  i cleaned out everything, but need to go back and sort and organize a little bit better.

exercise has always been a tricky thing for me.  first of all, i hate it.  but its necessary.  but i never could find the time for it.  when i did, i just thought about work and felt like i should be working instead.  so i decided that once i shut down my shop, i would start exercising again.  and i did!  i went for a 2 mile run, 1 mile walk.  for the whole mile walk home, i thought pretty seriously about calling sean to pick me up.  and throwing up.  i thought a lot about throwing up.

and i came home to this sweet sign, with sweaty stick figures and all!

after a little instagram sale, i am officially closed!

my parents are coming into town today and its time to celebrate – woohooo!

I love how honest you are. It doesn’t come naturally to me to walk for exercise. Or basically anything else for exercise. I almost always feel like throwing up when I jog even for a little bit. So many people on FB & on blogs say how they love to exercise and run. I hate those people. ;)

Haha…seriously, your comment on exercise is spot on for me…loved it:) tnx for making me feel normal, again. Happy weekend:)

that’s awesome. i do not enjoy exercising, either. but i do it, because i want to be healthy. to make it less miserable, i refuse to run, since that’s the one thing i really hate (even though i am ok at it). its boring and just miserable.
