welcome to “what i wore” at the pleated poppy! share with me your fashion posts and we can inspire each other! i started this originally as motivation to get out of my daily uniform of jammies or sweats, but now i am encouraged and held accountable to put a few extra minutes aside for myself and try new things. i’d love for you to join me!
sorry for being MIA last week! we headed to new york as a family and i thought it would be a fun break to leave my computer behind. and then tuesday night came along and i was all, “OH MY GOODNESS, TOMORROW IS WEDNESDAY!” so… sorry about that! if you have 2 posts to link up (this week’s and last week’s), do it!
so this was pretty much my uniform in the weeks building up to getting our house ready to sell (more on that later…). so this tank i love. great cut, super soft, but. its that vintage-y looking fabric that just gets thinner every time i wear & wash it. dangit.
we did a little shopping when we were in NYC (hello TWO anthropologies). the forever 21 in times square was the best f21 i have ever been in – super organized, not crammed, clean, easy to find things! all this to say, i got this new top!
i popped into target for not clothes and somehow left with clothes. funny how that happens. my girls loved this top, and who am i to disappoint them? ;)
