welcome to “what i wore” at the pleated poppy! share with me your fashion posts and we can inspire each other! i started this originally as motivation to get out of my daily uniform of jammies or sweats, but now i am encouraged and held accountable to put a few extra minutes aside for myself and try new things. i’d love for you to join me!

such a bad picture, but possibly a new favorite outfit! our local forever 21 just closed and everything (that was left) was 65% off. i picked up this shirt.

i’m not really one for crop tops, but i had seen emily henderson wear crop tops with layers so i decided to give it a try and love it!

I love the layered peplum top look! I will have to try that. Thanks for the inspiration!
Love the second and last outfit the best!
Love your church outfit…I think your new booties add some sophistication to look. How sad your forever 21 is closing. Our local target us closing as well…I’m so very sad about this. My go to for everything :(:(
Wow, all stellar looks! I especially enjoy your layering- I’ve been putting button ups under everything and anything in my closet since the weather turned, its a great way to add versatility to your closet and make sure that everything, even spring and summer wear, gets worn in the middle of winter!
